Refund policy

Before you purchase
The free 30-question sample lets you review the format and learning experience before buying the Full Prep Pack. The pack is a digital product delivered to your verified account after payment.
When a refund may apply
Email support if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, paid successfully but did not receive access after processing completed, or believe a payment was made without your authorisation. We will investigate the payment record and account access before deciding the request.
Change-of-mind requests
Because access to the complete digital question bank is provided immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after substantial use of paid content. Any rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary. Refunded purchases may have their paid entitlement revoked.
